Educational and Birth Classes

Birth education classes help build your confidence in your body’s ability to give birth, give you the opportunity to discuss your concerns about labor with a like-minded community of mothers and instructors, allow your partner to learn about childbirth and to know best how to support you on your big day. You will learn different non-pharmacological techniques to aid in reducing pain during labor. We also offer a wide variety of post partum classes and lactation support.

Family Planning

Whether you are trying to find the right birth control, or are interested in becoming pregnant, we are here to offer our guidance. Family planning should not be handled as a one-size-fits-all approach. We take our time to get to know you, learn about your short-term and long-term goals, and create a plan that is personalized to you!

Strong Start: Postpartum & Feeding Prep

You're the one doing the feeding, the healing, the holding-it-together. This class is for you. Strong Start is designed to support moms in the early weeks of establishing pumping and/or breastfeeding. We focus on latch, positioning, milk supply concerns, feeding schedules, bottle refusal, return to work schedules, flange fitting and pump troubleshooting. We also focus on preparing for postpartum healing and recovery after birth, what's normal (and what's not), how to care for your body and mind, and ways to build your village of support.

Doula Services by Liz Tafoya, MBE, MCD, MCPD, CBA

Liz has always had a passion for helping women since before becoming certified. Every birthing mother is unique and special no matter what type of birth. Each laboring in their own unique way, some don’t know the capacity and courage they have until a doula comes along and empowers them. Liz specializes in natural physiological births and home births but also takes on hospital births. Liz also offers placenta encapsulation and apothercary.

Well Woman Care

General care for teens to post menopausal woman. Annual Exams, PAP screenings, STD'S Screening, contraception, labs, and sports physicals.

Hormone Testing and Replacement Therapy

We will order a lab slip for a blood draw with LabCorp or Sonora quest. We also offer saliva testing for hormones. Bioidentical hormone replacement is offered by route of tablets, creams and injections The service is offered for both women and men!

Birth Choice Counseling

Counseling on alternative birth choices including delayed cord clamping, water laboring/birth, natural birth and choices about medication following baby's birth,

Post-Partum Counseling

One on one personalized care for your mental health. We provide personal phone numbers to each of our patients. Your mental health is our priority and we make ourselves available to you at all hours of the days!
